Trademarks, Copyrights, Registration Marks:
Gem State Specialists bears no responsibility for
infringements of copyrighted logos. All copyrighted logos
require written permission from holder of copyright prior
to production. Logos, names, and trademarks pictured in
the printed or online catalog are examples of work done by
the factory. They are not for sale. The factory assumes
that clients are authorized to use logos and trademarks
submitted for reproduction. We assume no liability in
trademark or copyright disputes.
Delivery: Please allow 2-4 weeks for
delivery upon receipt of order. Special ship date requests
may be fulfilled if requested. Orders are shipped F.O.B.
Mullan, Idaho. Shipping and handling charges will be
assessed accordingly. We ship via UPS, USPS and
FedEx.
Pre-production Samples :
Pre-production samples are available with a $45.00 deposit
and 2 to 3 week delivery. Upon approval of sample, $45.00
is applied to order and an additional 2 to 3 weeks is
required to complete production. If your design is
critical, it is a good practice to allow enough time for a
production sample. That way you can examine the
sample before the entire order is produced.
Returned Merchandise: Authorization
for return of merchandise must be obtained from Gem State
Specialists, prior to return. Authorization must be
requested within 10 days from invoice date.
